Investment Options.
Two of the routes available for applicants seeking to qualify for citizenship.
These consist of investment in pre-approved real estate developments, as well as the limited time offer of investment through qualifying private residential properties.

Pre-Authorized Real Estate Developments
Purchasing Ownership Shares In A Pre-Qualified Real Estate Development Can Make You And Your Family Eligible For Citizenship.
To Qualify For Citizenship, The Applicant May Invest In A Pre-Approved Real Estate Project.
This includes:
- Hotel shares
- Villas
- Condo units
Minimum investment required for each main applicant:
- USD$200,000 (resalable after 7 years)
- USD$400,000 (resalable after 5 years)
- USD $7,500 for the main applicant
- USD $4,000 for each dependent of the main applicant who is over the age of 16 years
Upon Submission Of An Application, A Non-Refundable Due Diligence And Processing Fee Must Also Be Paid.

Qualifying Private Home Sales
The Sale Of Private Homes Under The Citizenship By Investment Program Will Be Allowed, Expiring November 30, 2023.
Qualifying Property:
- All homes having an appraised value of more than US400,000
- The property shall be owned by a certificate of title by the vendor
- The value of the land shall not be included in determining the value of the home
- Shares are prohibited in the Citizenship by Investment Program. A single-family home is sold as a unit, and cannot be converted into an apartment or condominium to be resold under the CBI Program.

Resale:
- A property purchased under the private home plan shall not be resold for a period of at least 5 years
- Properties purchased after 2012 can be resold and have the new buyer apply for Citizenship.

The Process
Saint Kitts & Nevis is ranked as the top Citizenship By Investment Program for it’s fast processing with an accelerated application process and ease of application.

Reservation Form
The investor signs a reservation form and submits a deposit against the investment to secure their interestest in the real estate option for the citizenship by investment program.
02.
Application
The investor completes the required documents and required CBI application forms with the assistance of their lawyer.
Legal fees and due diligence fees must be paid along with the application directly to the lawyer. The investor will execute the sale & purchase agreement at this stage.
There is no interview during the application process, and there are no language, education or business requirements. Travel to the islands is not required, nor is there a minimum residency.

Processing & Payment
Application processing takes approximately 90 - 120 days. However, it can be completed in as little as 60 days through the accelerated application program, available at a fee.

04.
Closing & Transfer
Proof of ownership will be submitted to the government and the CBI unit will issue the certificate of citizenship and subsequent passport. This usually takes 3 - 4 weeks.
